It was the in-depth vision of Ameer of Ahlus Sunnah Molana Muhammad Ilyas Qadri that Dawat-e-Islami from the very early days of its inception started to develop various departments to divide various charitable and Islamic tasks by setting up specialised departments to look after individual matters.
